My original Sweetleaf of 35 years had finally wore out. I'm an old timer and I used it daily. My old one was the smallest one so I ordered the next size up. Arrived quickly, but one of the nails was missing and the nail hole had been drilled through the the top. I sent a picture and received my new one with a handwritten note apologizing for the problem. I really appreciate what great customer service is to a small businesses and your employees are a reflection of your company..

Very good quality and grinds down just right. Also lasts long. Had one a lil over 20 years...
Had one more than 20 years ago worked great then. About to start smoking again, looks exactly as I remembered and is just as well built.
